No. Investment involves risk and returns are not guaranteed. You may lose some or all of the money you invest.
How do I fund my account?
Open Deposit in your dashboard and choose from the methods enabled for you. Your balance updates only after the payment is confirmed.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Verification helps protect you and us from fraud and meets legal requirements. Some actions, like investing, may need a verified account.
Why was my withdrawal put under review?
Some withdrawals are checked manually, for example on new accounts or after security changes. Your funds are reserved while we review, and you will be notified of the outcome.
Which crypto networks can I deposit on?
The networks shown on each wallet page. Send only the matching asset on the matching network: transfers on the wrong network may be lost.
Will you ever ask for my password or seed phrase?
Never. We will not ask for passwords, one-time codes, seed phrases or private keys, including from support.
How do I secure my account?
Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings, use a unique password and review your signed-in devices regularly.
